What is this thing about?
A Sip With Vodka is a new digital comedy series that chronicles the adventures of a woman named Natasha who moves from Siberia to New York City with her son, Robert, in the hopes of becoming a Real Housewife and cabaret star. On her journey she begins a friendship with lonely Hell's Kitchen dweller, Lyle. Over the course of one night, Natasha discovers that fame might look a little different than she anticipated, Lyle discovers his need to let loose, and Robert discovers what he truly needs for emotional fulfillment. This is a hilarious and heartfelt story about discovery shown through lens of an immigrant. 'A Sip' can be described as 'Borat meets Broad City' with the heart of 'Schitt's Creek.'

Sarah Lazarus (Creator, Writer, Executive Producer, Natasha)
Sarah is an actress, comedian, writer, producer,
and self described ‘bagel on a plate full of onion rolls.’ She is a graduate of the Fordham University theatre performance program. Born and raised in South Florida, she started acting at the age of 10 and hasn't stopped since. In addition to her training at Fordham, she has attended Stella Adler, The Atlantic Acting Studio, and Stagedoor Manor.
Over the past few years, she has been seen in many cabarets and comedy clubs around NYC including Club Cumming, Feinstein's/54 Below, Don't Tell Mama, The Metropolitan Room, and The Green Room 42. Comedy has been her passion since she was a kid.
She is a certified contributor for Funny Or Die, contributor for the "Broadway Beat,” and has been featured on Elizabeth Banks’ Whohaha many times. She has clowned around in NYC at the The PIT and the Upright Citizens Brigade. When she’s not performing, she’s writing satirical political PSA’s featuring famous drag queens(Willam, Laganja Estranja, Bob The Drag Queen, Brita filter, Peppermint) for organizations like ‘The Florida Democratic Party,’ ‘March On,’ and ‘The Future Coalition.’

Andy Vega (Robert)
Andy Vega is a Cuban American comedian, actor, and writer based in NYC (UCB, SiriusXM, Story Pirates). Catch him performing improv in poorly lit bar basements with teams Just And, Guest Book, Improvised Antiques Roadshow, and Stove’s Cabin Crew. Tai Leclaire (Lyle)
“Tai” is short for Taietsarón:sere. He’s Kanien’kehá:ka (Mohawk) and Mi’kmaq. He’s from a reservation you haven’t heard of and that’s ok.

In the beforetimes, he was a house performer at Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theatre (Character’s Welcome). He has also performed at festivals around the country including Austin Sketch fest and Philly Sketch Fest.
He has studied at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, Second City Theatre Chicago, The People's Improv Theatre, and The Barrow Group Theatre.

Most recently he was a Staff Writer and Actor on “Rutherford Falls.” The upcoming TV series by Mike Schur, Ed Helms, and Sierra Teller Ornelas.
